We are thrilled to offer Australia wide domestic shipping for all our baby carriers and play mats. Our team takes care of safe packaging and swift delivery to your doorstep, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for you and your little adventurers.

Processing Time
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date your is placed.

With delivery times as follows: Australia: 2–8 business days (Standard), 1–4 business days (Express).

International Shipping

Standard and express international shipping is available worldwide. Rates start from $15.95 depending on your region.

International Customs Taxes/Duties

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.​

Tracking My Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Grove Studio Collective will take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post. 

Pre-Order Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items. To receive your available items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
