When can I start using the Grove Studio baby carrier?
The Grove Studio baby carrier can be used from Newborn – approx. 2years (3.6kg -16kg / 8lbs - 35lbs).
How do I know if the carrier will fit my baby?
The Grove Studio Baby Carrier is a one-size fits all product and can be used from newborn – approx. 2years.
Weight range minimum 3.8kg/8lbs to maximum 16kg/35lbs.
How can I wear the Grove Studio baby carrier?
The Grove Studio baby carrier can be worn as either front facing inward or facing outward, or on your back.

When can I carry my baby in the front carry facing outwards position?
The Grove Studio Baby Carrier can be used with the front facing outward position when your baby is between 5.9kg-10kg / 13lbs-22lbs, has independent neck and head control, and is tall enough for their face to remain comfortably visible above the top edge of the carrier’s body panel
When can I carry my baby using the back carry position?
The back carry position should only be used when your baby has strong head and neck control and is able to sit unaided.
We recommend using the back carry position from 9+ months and a maximum baby weight 16kg (35 lbs).
What materials does Grove Studio Collective use?
We source high quality all-natural fibres such as linen and cotton blend to bring you designs that are elevated and timeless sophistication.
What materials is the Grove Studio Collective logo?
Our branding logo is made from faux leather and is vegan friendly.
Is the linen playmat suitable for tummy time?
Yes, our linen playmats are suitable for tummy time activities. Please ensure your baby is always supervised.
Shipping Information
We are thrilled to offer Australia wide domestic shipping for all our baby carriers and play mats. Our team takes care of safe packaging and swift delivery to your doorstep, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for you and your little adventurers.
How long will delivery take?
Australia: 2–8 business days (Standard), 1–4 business days (Express)
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only processing orders in Australia.
When will my order be dispatched?
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date your is placed.
How will I know if my order has been sent?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
What if my purchase has a pre-order item?
If your order contains preorder items, we will ship your entire order together once everything is in stock.
Product Returns
In the rare event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
