Refund policy
In the rare event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Items must have been purchased at full price. Any items purchased during our sale(s) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Items must be returned within 7 days. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns after this date will not be accepted.

ALL original tags must remain attached including all original packaging including all accessories intact (i.e., reusable bag, spare button).

Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

Used products will not be accepted for a return

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Sale Items
Please note that Grove Studio Collective does not accept returns (refund, credit note or exchanges) on any items purchased on sale unless deemed faulty. This is not applicable with welcome codes used.
Sending Items
Returns must be sent by post only and cannot be accepted by any other method.
Cost of Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Contact us, and we'll assist you through the process to guarantee a hassle-free return.
Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s) and let you know if the refund or is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
